Blessed Are the Peacemakers

As a child of God, we should always be about bringing peace into a situation instead of chaos. Take a look at your life, how many times can you remember being involved where there was confrontation between you and someone else? How many times has your name been mentioned where confusion and discontentment was all around? When you do this self inventory and you can name more than one time, then you need to remember this scripture. We are not to find ourselves in the midst of or starting confusion among people. We are suppose to facilitate peace and understanding among our sisters and brothers.

Matthew 5:9

Blessed are the peacemakers,

For they shall be called sons of God.

Do not let satan cause you to sin against God by stirring up confusion and strife. The enemy is very good at making you seem like you are voicing your opinion for a good cause, but in the end people are hurt. Believe it or not, church people are the worse at thinking they are representing a good cause but in the end someone got angry or hurt and left the ministry and sometimes the damage is so severe, they left the church. It is always necessary to talk to God before you open your mouth and voice your opinion about anything. If you learn to consult God first, you will find out that if you let Him handle the situation, He can handle it without causing confusion and strife.

So watch it children of God, don’t allow the enemy to get you mixed up in what you should not be involved in. Just strive to be more like the Father and work toward bringing peace and understanding where confusion and chaos is running rapid. When you bring peace, God said in His word He will bless you and call you His child.
