Delicious Hamburger Meat Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3lbs hamburger meat

  • Corn 1 can

  • Green Peas 1 can

  • Mushroom soup 1 large can

  • Box of wide noodles 

  • Velvetta cheese

  • Shredded cheese

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions: 

  1. Cook ground meat in deep pot; drain and set aside.

  2. Cook wide noodles until firm but not mushy; drain and set aside.

  3.  Next, put mushroom soup, peas, and corn into hamburger meat (do not drain peas or corn) and stir until all ingredients are completely mixed together.

  4. Add cooked wide noodles to mixture and stir until mixture is mixed well. 

  5. Get a rectangle pan and line the bottom with thin slices of velvetta cheese, next pour mixture over the cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.

  6. Take mixture out of oven and cover top with shedded cheese, then put back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Take out and serve hot.
