Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Box Fettuccine noodles

  • 1/2 Onion (semi-circle cut)

  • 2 Large Boneless Chicken Breasts

  • 1/4 Cup Oil

  • 2 Jars Alfredo Sauce (You can use 1 jar, it just depends on how soupy or dry you want your chicken Alfredo.)

Directions:

Start by seasoning chicken breast to taste and bake in foil paper at 395 degrees for 60 minutes. While chicken is baking start to boil fettuccine on medium heat until done. Once fettuccine is done, drain fettuccine in colander and set aside. Use empty pot to sauté onions in oil, then pour fettuccine back into the pot and mix with the onions. Next, pour in the Alfredo sauce over the fettuccine and mix well with the onions and let simmer for 5 minutes. While mixture is simmering take the bake boneless chicken breast and cut into small cubes. Now pour chicken cubes into mixture and mix well and let simmer for 5 more minutes, stirring continuously so the chicken Alfredo won’t stick. After 5 minutes your meal is ready to go!
