Talk to God About It…First!

Psalm 127:1

“If the Lord does not build the house, the work of the builders is useless; if the Lord does not protect the city, it does no good for the sentries to stand guard.”

You can keep doing one thing or another, but if you do not consult God about it, then what you are laboring on is in vain.  People have a tendency to act first then ask God later, which is totally backward. You must seek God’s guidance for anything you do.  He is the God of wisdom and strength. All your help comes from the Lord who made the heavens and the earth. Once you realize this, then you won’t waste time starting something that will eventually fail because God is not in it. I have consulted God from last year until now about the My Father’s Heart Women’s Conference. I made sure that it was His prompting that made me move on such a big task. I have asked Him about everything to do. This conference is not for my glory but for His glory. I want His name to be praised. I need His blessing, if the conference is going to be a success.  So it is important to seek God for anything you set out to do. Don’t take Him for granted because if He is not in the initial phase of your project or task,  then what you are doing is for nothing. His name will not be glorified and your endeavor will be counted as a waste of time. Who has time to waste? So don’t waste time, talk to the Master about everything you are setting out to do. Make sure that it is Him who is promoting you to act and not your self will. I guarantee that if He is the captain of your ship, what you are stepping out on faith about will give Him glory and will be a big success. 

Let God drive and He will lead you to victory !
