Handle Others with Love

2 Timothy 1:9

“Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,”

It is so good to know that we were a part of God’s plan from the beginning . He knew we would be in eternal trouble, so He sent His Son to die in our place so we would not leave hell and go to hell. He did this because He loves us so much! This is the type of love we should have for one another. The love that reaches out when we see our brother or sister needing a hand even though they didn’t ask. The love Christ showed is what we call unconditional love. The type of love we don’t deserve. The type of love we didn’t even know to ask for. Sometimes our brothers and sisters go through different disappointments in life and don’t know how to reach out or even know that this is a time to reach out for help. So, when God allows us to see their pain it is the time to step up and show God’s love toward them. Some may reject your love, but don’t worry just keep loving and praying for them. The reason I say for you to keep loving them is because we reject Christ daily and He knew that before He died for us but He did it anyway. Thank God for Jesus, right now!! Also do know that when God reveals someone else’s pain to us, it is His way of reaching out to them through you. So don’t miss an opportunity to show someone the love of God. They will be blessed and so will you. Take hold of this scripture today and meditate on the fact that you have been chosen, picked out, selected for God’s purpose. If you don’t know your purpose, pray right now and ask God, what is the purpose you have for me in my life? Once you have prayed, listen and keep your eyes open for His answer to be revealed.
