Watch Your Temper

Ecclesiastes 7:9

“Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.”

As a child of God, you should be slow to anger but quick to listen. Don’t let your anger control you but you control it and pray for guidance in what to do when this evil spirit tries to ruin your life. Don’t think for one moment that you can handle your anger on your own. Anger is intoxicating, it can build up in you and then erupt like a volcano. When a volcano erupts, it spills out for a long time and kills everything that is in its path. Your anger is just like this. When you are angry, you say and do things that damages people for an extensive period of time. This type of damage can sometimes ruin a person’s life, and make you look like a fool all at the same time.  So as I said earlier, pray to God for help in how to control this evil spirit inside of you.
