Keep Jesus in Focus

As we continue to be engulfed by the troubles of life, let’s keep our minds focused on the Savior. Don’t allow all the distractions the enemy throws our way get us off our game. In the midst of a storm, we must remember we have a Savior who is always by our sides. We have a Savior who can heal all types of diseases. We have a Savior who is a Deliverer. We have a Savior who is righteous and just in all His ways. We have a Savior who can make the impossible, possible in your life today. So don’t allow the noise all around you to throw you off. Keep your eyes toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14)

Philippians 4:8

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”

No matter what curve ball the enemy throws your way, stay focused on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable. If you keep focused, then God can bless you even in the midst of your storm because He sees your commitment to Him. He sees your heart and willing spirit to do what is right and holy in His eyes. Christ honors those who honors Him and despises those who thinks lightly of Him. (1Samuel 2:30) So if your heart and mind is in the right place, then the Lord will surly take care of you. His word says for us to cast all our cares on Him for He cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7) Children of the most high King, I want you to remember that you have a Savior who is right there with you, but you must remember to keep focused on the things that give Him joy and He will in return give you joy that passeth all understanding. Let’s focus on the right things and leave the distractions of this world for the sinners who have rejected Christ.
