Are You Available?

After we give our life to Christ, the journey with Him begins. We are now commissioned to be the salt of the earth, giving the world God's flavor (His Word). We are commissioned to be the light of the world. This should be us humbling ourselves to the Master so He can work through us to bring others into His Kingdom. We have been commissioned to go ye therefore and make disciples (a follower of Christ) of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 20:28

“Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

Once you are saved, you are to make yourself available to the Savior for the work in His Kingdom. When Christ came to this earth, He knew He had a work to do and just like Him we too have a work to do. We are to serve others. People are always saying that I am always busy in the church. They say when I finish one project, I'm on to something else. They say I'm like the rabbit that just keeps going on and on and on. Yes, that is me and as long as there is breath in my body, I will seek to serve others whenever and where ever I can. How about you? Are you waiting to be served or seeking an opportunity to serve others?
